Distinctive gold-plated or silver-plated base metal large oval locket with elaborate engraving, front side has a large 30 x 40mm recessed smooth polish area, perfect for adding a cameo, cabochon, photos or large blocks of inscription to, surrounded by a raised coin edge bezel with a fancy scalloped design overlay, back has been engraved with a set of 4 wing-like designs around a fancy diamond shaped blank monogram shield in the center and a matching pattern of bezel engraving around the edge, side hinge opens to reveal 2 large open oval sections for fitting your photos or medium sized keepsakes into, sturdy top connector loop, measures approx. 52 x 39mm.

Locket is embellished with an elegant round connector with a single large center setting to support a faceted Swarovski crystal of your color choice, small smooth polish bezel around the setting, smooth polish back, 2 small connector loops, measures approx. 18mm wide x 22mm in length.

With all the possible options we offer to finish our lockets, it was impossible to photograph every possible combination!  The sample photos above are shown with a selection from each finishing group.  However, we are more than happy to send you a photo before purchase of your desired options put together so you can see how your final product will look.  Simply send us an email with your choices for each of the drop down items above that you would like to see together and within 1-3 business days, we'll get back to you with a photo of your specific combination.

For our modern lockets, we've offered a few of our more popular finishing options to complement each locket; however, we do also carry a full line of pocket watch chains and ladies slide chains with a multitude of different accents and findings.  If you see a locket you like but would like a different finishing option than those offered above, simply choose the "locket only" option before adding the locket to your cart, and then head to our pocket watch chain or slide chain necklace pages and add the style you'd like to your cart as well.  We'll then attach your selected locket to your chain for you!

  • Albert-style pocket watch chains

    • Locket is attached to a medium weight, quality Sterling silver plate, or 24k gold plate, or Hematite black plate pocket watch chain. The 6mm links on these chains are a flat, interconnecting style with a slight bevel to each link and are finished with a very high grade .925 solid silver plating, a 24k solid gold plating (both very close to a gold filled quality), or a Hematite black (black with lustrous tone) plating, all on a solid brass base, with a thin sealant to prevent tarnishing. The three lengths of the chain (1 long and 2 short segments) are attached via a center connector ring. All feature high quality materials we're proud to carry due to their overall appearance and durability. Offered in the following options:
    • 8" (with spring ring finding): locket is attached to the drop of an 8" Albert style chain featuring a spring ring finding, plus a heavy swivel with secure interior latch to secure to the bow of your watch. 1.5" drop chain is ideal for attaching the locket and is finished with a small spring ring to facilitate easy addition and removal of fobs. • 16" (with t-bar finding): locket is attached to the drop of an 16" Albert style chain featuring a t-bar finding, plus a heavy swivel with secure interior latch to secure to the bow of your watch. 2" drop chain is ideal for attaching the locket and is finished with a small spring ring to facilitate easy addition and removal of fobs.
    This 16" length Albert chain may be worn in the traditional style (as on a gentleman's vest) or also as a necklace; both configurations are pictured above when the 16" chains are selected.   • Slide chain necklaces

    • Locket is attached to a quality Sterling silver plate or 24k gold plate ladies slide chain, silicone in each hole of the slide enables the precision placement of the slide along the chain. Chain links, measuring approx. 1.75mm each, feature a flat, interconnecting style with a slight bevel to each link, finished with a very high grade .925 solid silver plating or a 24k solid gold plating (both very close to a gold filled quality). All feature high quality materials we're proud to carry due to their overall appearance and durability. Offered in the following options:
    • 28" slide chain with round slide: 28" overall length, featuring a smooth polish round slide with a single raised bezel in the center supporting an opaque black slide accent. Measures approx. 15mm in diameter. • 24" slide chain with square slide: 24" overall length, featuring a smooth polish square slide with a single raised round bezel in the center supporting an opaque black slide accent.   • Figure-8 style key ring

    • A sturdy base metal figure-8 key ring with solid base metal bail. The key chain segment measure approximately 48mm (2") in length. To add a key to the chain, pry open the top section of the key chain and slip your key between the 2 separated sections until it rests to the side. Then, release the key chain, which will snap back to the closed position.

  • Large bow pin

    • A classic smooth polish bow style pin with bottom loops that connect the pin to the locket, pin measures approx. 38 x 25mm.

  • Latch-style key ring

    • A sturdy base metal latch-style key ring with short base metal length of thick rope-style chain connecting the ring to the fob. The key chain segment measures 26mm wide x 65mm long. To use the key chain, open the clasp on the side of the latch-ring, attach your keys to the ring and then close and latch the clasp back together.

  • Chain necklace

    • 18" Singapore-style link necklace with a 1mm diameter that has been finished with a lobster-claw style clasp and 1" extender chain, a matching-color engraved bail will connect the necklace to your locket.

  • Leatherette necklaces

    • 18" leatherette necklace with a 2mm diameter that has been finished with silver-plated base metal finals, a lobster-claw style clasp and a 1.5" extender chain, a silver or gold-plated tube, matched to your locket, with a loop slides along the length of the necklace and will connect the necklace to your locket, offered in black, brown or dark gray.

  • Split-ring key ring

    • A sturdy base metal split-ring key ring with a small base metal swivel connecting the ring to the fob. The key chain segment measures 33mm wide x 48mm long.

Depending on the "Finishing Option" you choose above, you will see different photos that show our items against example backdrops, including sweater and vest displays.   • Slide chains (shown with sweater)

    • Our example photos show our items against a backdrop created from a women's medium-sized sweater with the chain displayed in what we call a "double-wrapped" style. Depending on the style in which you are looking to wear your chain, we offer that for someone with a slender build or short to average height, you can expect the shown item to hang off your person similar to the photo. If you are petite, have a larger build, or are taller than average, please note the chain will hang differently off your person than shown.

    As a rule of thumb on an average-build woman, if you want to wear the chain long and have the swivel reach your waistline, we recommend chains 24" or shorter for heights under 5'4", 22" to 26" for heights 5'4" to 5'8" and 24" or longer for heights over 5'8".
    If you are looking to wear the chain double-wrapped, we suggest a chain between 24" and 28" in overall length for the swivel to rest above your bustline, and a chain between 26" and 30" in overall length for the swivel to rest at your bustline. Adding one of our optional connectors to your chain design will add approx. 1" to the final overall length.

  • Necklace (shown with sweater)

Depending on the style you are looking to create with your chain, we offer that for someone with a slender build or short to average height, you can expect the shown item to hang off your person similar to the photo. If you have a larger build or are taller than average, please note the chain will hang differently off your person than shown.

    As a rule of thumb, on an average-build male, we suggest straight or Albert style chains 10" or shorter for heights under 5'8", 10" to 14" for heights 5'8" to 6'2" and 14" or longer for heights over 6'2". For Double Albert chain styles, we suggest 20" or shorter for heights under 5'8", 18" to 30" for heights 5'8" to 6'2" and 24" or longer for heights over 6'2".

  • Albert watch chains (shown with sweater; 16" only)

    • Our example photos show our items against a backdrop created from a women's medium-sized sweater. The pocket watch chain has been fastened around the neck of the display by connecting the swivel clasp (normally used to attach a watch or fob) to the t-bar end of the chain to create a necklace, allowing the "drop" of the chain to display the locket as a pendant.

We offer a 30-day return period beginning the day you receive your items for all PM Time Service merchandise. To receive a full refund, the item must be return in "as shipped" condition, with no new personalized engravings or end-user adaptions. Items damaged in transit will be eligible for the full refund pending the application of the insurance claim on the damaged watch or item. Holiday & Vacation Dates - Unless otherwise noted on our holiday page, you can expect an order placed to be processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days, often much sooner. If you need an item quickly, please do double check our holiday page to make sure we will be in the office!
