- Any information collected by PM Time Service, either by phone, email, web site visitation or a direct order, is kept within our company. We do not sell or trade customer information under any circumstance unless via a direct request by a customer for a reference.
- Simply contact us to send a request for mailing or email list removal at any time. Customers that have created an account with us can also access their information on the "My Account" page.
- For consumer safety, PM Time Service does not directly capture credit card information, instead using either PayPal's services or the native payment processing on our Marketplace platforms (such as eBay and Etsy) to process those transactions. As such, at no time do we have access to customer card specifics, which eliminates any danger that a data breach of our system will compromise the payment information of our customers. In the event of a data breach, we will work to inform our customers as quickly as possible of any personal information we do store, including full name, shipping address and email address, that has been compromised.
The PM Time Service office will be CLOSED beginning at 12:00pm (noon) MST on Friday 10/22, through Friday 10/29, for a research trip. During this time, the website will still be operational and you will be able to make purchases as normal. Then, beginning Saturday 10/30, orders will ship out and all emails and inquiries will be answered, in the order in which they were received. Thanks!
