Outside of any holiday closures listed below, you can expect your order to be shipped in 1-3 business days. We will post any changes or updates here as soon as they are available.

  • Thanksgiving:
    • The PM Time Service office will be CLOSED beginning at 12:00pm (noon) MST on Wednesday, November 26th through Friday, November 28th, 2025, for the Thanksgiving holiday.
    • During this time, the website will still be operational and you will be able to purchase items. Then, starting Saturday, November 29th, 2025, all emails and inquiries will be answered in the order in which they were submitted, and starting Monday, December 1st, 2025, all orders will ship out in the order in which they were received.
  • Christmas:
    • The PM Time Service office will be CLOSED beginning at 12:00pm (noon) MST on Friday, December 19th through Sunday, December 28th, 2025, for the Christmas holiday.
    • During this time, the website will still be operational and you will be able to purchase items. Then, starting Monday, December 29th, 2025, orders will ship out in the order in which they were received, and all emails and inquiries will be answered in the order in which they were submitted.
  • New Year's:
    • The PM Time Service office will be CLOSED beginning at 12:00pm (noon) MST on Wednesday, December 31st, 2025, through Sunday, January 4th, 2026, for the New Year's holiday.
    • During this time, the website will still be operational and you will be able to purchase items. Then, starting Monday, January 5th, 2026, orders will ship out in the order in which they were received, and all emails and inquiries will be answered in the order in which they were submitted.

2025 Suggested Shipping Cut-Off Dates:

To ensure you receive your order in time during the upcoming holidays, please refer to the following dates for a guideline to when you can expect various USPS & UPS services to deliver to you before Christmas (Thursday, December 25th). We have added a little extra time to each service to account for the high volume of holiday shipping experienced annually. Please add additional time if you have inclement weather anticipated in your area during your delivery window.


  • Monday, December 1st, 2025, by 12:00pm (noon) MST will be the last day for:
    • International First Class shipping (while actual shipping times are typically 7-12 business days, this estimate includes a few extra days to accommodate delays thru customs)
  • Monday, December 8th, 2025, by 12:00pm (noon) MST will be the last day for:
    • International Priority shipping (while actual shipping times are typically 5-7 business days, this estimate includes a few extra days to accommodate delays thru customs)
  • Monday, December 15th, 2025, by 12:00pm (noon) MST will be the last day for:
    • International Express shipping (while actual shipping times are typically 2-4 business days, this estimate includes a few extra days to accommodate delays thru customs)
  • Tuesday, December 16th, 2025, by 12:00pm (noon) MST will be the last day for:
    • Domestic (US) Ground Advantage shipping (formerly known as First Class)
  • Thursday, December 18th, 2025, by 12:00pm (noon) MST will be the last day for:
    • Domestic (US) Priority shipping
  • Friday, December 19th, 2025, by 12:00pm (noon) MST will be the last day for:
    • Domestic (US) Express shipping
