Outside of any holiday closures listed below, you can expect your order to be shipped in 1-3 business days. We will post any changes or updates here as soon as they are available.

  • Thanksgiving:
    • The PM Time Service office will be CLOSED beginning at 12:00pm (noon) MST on Wednesday, November 25th through Sunday, November 29th, 2026, for the Thanksgiving holiday.
    • During this time, the website will still be operational and you will be able to purchase items. Then, starting Monday, November 30th, 2026, orders will ship out in the order in which they were received, and all emails and inquiries will be answered in the order in which they were submitted.
  • Christmas:
    • The PM Time Service office will be CLOSED beginning at 12:00pm (noon) MST on Friday, December 18th through Sunday, December 27th, 2026, for the Christmas holiday.
    • During this time, the website will still be operational and you will be able to purchase items. Then, starting Monday, December 28th, 2026, orders will ship out in the order in which they were received, and all emails and inquiries will be answered in the order in which they were submitted.
  • New Year's:
    • The PM Time Service office will be CLOSED beginning at 12:00pm (noon) MST on Thursday, December 31st, 2026, through Monday, January 4th, 2027, for the New Year's holiday.
    • During this time, the website will still be operational and you will be able to purchase items. Then, starting Tuesday, January 5th, 2027, orders will ship out in the order in which they were received, and all emails and inquiries will be answered in the order in which they were submitted.

2026 Suggested Shipping Cut-Off Dates:

To ensure you receive your order in time during the upcoming holidays, please refer to the following dates for a guideline to when you can expect various USPS & UPS services to deliver to you before Christmas (Friday, December 25th). We have added a little extra time to each service to account for the high volume of holiday shipping experienced annually. Please add additional time if you have inclement weather anticipated in your area during your delivery window.


  • Tuesday, December 1st, 2026, by 12:00pm (noon) MST will be the last day for:
    • International First Class shipping (while actual shipping times are typically 7-12 business days, this estimate includes a few extra days to accommodate delays thru customs)
  • Wednesday, December 9th, 2026, by 12:00pm (noon) MST will be the last day for:
    • International Priority shipping (while actual shipping times are typically 5-7 business days, this estimate includes a few extra days to accommodate delays thru customs)
  • Monday, December 14th, 2026, by 12:00pm (noon) MST will be the last day for:
    • International Express shipping (while actual shipping times are typically 2-4 business days, this estimate includes a few extra days to accommodate delays thru customs)
  • Wednesday, December 16th, 2026, by 12:00pm (noon) MST will be the last day for:
    • Domestic (US) Ground Advantage shipping (formerly known as First Class)
  • Friday, December 18th, 2026, by 12:00pm (noon) MST will be the last day for:
    • Domestic (US) Priority shipping
    • Domestic (US) Express shipping
