Heavy stainless steel (SS) cushion-shaped water-resistant case with a rotating coin edge bezel finished with black enamel around the flat sapphire glass crystal with a magnifier bubble over the date aperture, heavy side shoulders around the recessed crown, and short heavy faceted extended lugs with a brushed finish, case is showing hardly any wear and still has protective plastic on the back, it is likely this watch has only been minimally worn, measures approx. 39mm wide x 47mm lug to lug x 12mm thick (crystal included), matching SS Croton bracelet-style band with a distinctive pattern of angled and straight segments forming a chevron pattern along the entire length of the band, brushed-finish buckle with a safety catch and Croton emblem, watch has a wearable length of approx. 212mm and could be shortened approx. 12-15mm.

Quartz watches have been commonly found from the 1970's to today; they are excellent timekeepers and easy to maintain, but do not contain the mechanical (winding or self-winding) movements that most of our antique watches possess. This specific watch has been assessed for running and setting condition and is properly working as expected. With this type of movement, you can expect the watch to keep at minimum +/- 1 minute per week accuracy, with many quartz-movement watches keeping accuracy levels of +/- 1 minute per month or better.
Prior to shipping, all quartz watches purchased from PM Time Service will have a new battery installed for you at no additional charge. Please anticipate an additional 1-2 day delay in processing your order for us to complete the battery update. While each watch will draw power of its battery differently, it is reasonable to expect that a fresh battery will last at least 1 year. When it is time for a new battery to be installed, you can either
contact us for a quote on our current battery and return shipping charge, or most local jewelers will be able to assist you.
This watch comes complete with an appropriate, intact glass crystal; however, on request PM Time Service can replace the current crystal on this wrist watch for you. We offer new plastic crystals for most vintage wrist watches; you can select your desired choice from the dropdown menu below.
Please note that the average turnaround time for wrist watch crystal replacements will be two days from the placement of the order; however, we do not carry every model of crystal in stock and there may be a delay of up to seven business days as we order the correct item from our supplier.
