1940 Jefferson $0.05 (five cent) nickel US Coin, circulated, 21.2mm US five cent copper-nickel coin with Thomas Jefferson in profile with "In God We Trust" in an arc on the left half and "Liberty" with the date mark on the right half, reverse has the front elevation of Monticello (Jefferson's home) under "E Pluribus Unum" and over "Five Cents" and "United States of America" with the mint mark (where applicable) to the right of the building, smooth coin edge, 3.2dwt (5 grams), this coin is showing some small spots of patina or grime, light to moderate smoothing and light scratches consistent with circulation, we are selling this coin in "Fine" condition but it has not been professionally graded and confirmed, comes with a generic white cardboard and plastic sleeve.
