Bulova 21J grade 8AC L5 wrist watch, case #8316541 L4, vintage mechanical manual-wind movement, champagne-toned metal dial with a brushed finish, raised gold art-deco style Arabic numbers & markers and a black-printed seconds display has some unusual tiny raised bumps across the surface that may be factory defects as the dial finish itself is intact and not discolored over each, there are also a few small scratches & spots of discoloration near some of the markers, slender gold steel baton-style hands with pointed tips, impressive yellow gold filled (YGF) smooth polish rectangular case with a narrow bezel supporting a pyramid-shaped plastic crystal, a Bulova marked crown and dramatically sloped top & bottom bezel accents that then line up with the distinctive side-hinged case accents that cup the corners of the frame and support fancy flared extended lugs, case is showing light even wear with a few small scratches and some small spots of brass just starting to show on the ends of a few lugs, measures approx. 21mm wide x 40mm lug to lug x 10mm thick (crystal included), deeply textured chocolate-brown leather strap band. An amazing, high quality vintage Bulova in a distinctive case from the 1950s in excellent overall condition!
