Seiko 17J quickset automatic (self-winding) with day & date wrist watch, case #700653 7009-8069, mint fancy dichromatic slate and true blue metal dial with a horizontal band of slate blue across the center of the dial from the 9 o'clock position to under the day & date aperture at 3 o'clock, raised dark silver markers with white enamel inserts and luminous 5 minute markers, day display has red or black letters on a white background, date has black Arabic numbers on a white background, bold dark silver steel baton-style hands with luminous inserts and a sweep second hand, heavy white base metal (WBM) & stainless steel (SS) cushion-shaped water-resistant case with a brushed finish on the bezel, high domed acrylic crystal, 4 o'clock recessed crown and a smooth polish finish on the frame and downward faceted hidden lugs, case is showing normal even wear overall with some light scuffs and scratches on the case and crystal but no discoloration or heavy damage, measures approx. 38mm wide x 40mm lug to lug x 11mm thick (crystal included), matching SS bracelet-style Seiko band with slightly offset center and edge segments and a brushed finish Seiko buckle. A very attractive triple signed Seiko from the late 1970s in excellent+ condition!
