(Veterans of Foreign Wars) watch dial pin, round metal base finished with an off-white hard enamel similar to some watch dials is marked in black with fancy Arabic numbers, diamond-style hands and "Elgin" & "Watch City Post 1307 Drum and Bugle Corps V.F.W.", back has a simple nickel pin, pin is showing light even wear with a few small scuffs and spots of discoloration, measures approx. 42mm in diameter x 5mm thick (pin included). The VFW Post 1307 is located in Elgin, IL and is known as the "Watch City Post", making this an interesting convergence of both VFW and horology ephemera. An attractive vintage pin to wear or collect in excellent+ overall condition!
