Handsome Sterling silver bow-shaped lapel pin with a swivel drop, heavy smooth polish Sterling silver (marked) strips are formed into a large wavy bow design with trailing ribbons and a raised center band detail, center detail has been engraved with a small flower, back side of the pin has a short, heavy hook which is currently supporting a Sterling silver medium-sized swivel clasp, the swivel can be removed without tools if desired allowing a pocket watch bow, locket or similar to be attached to the pin either directly via the hook or with the slightly dropped-down addition of the swivel clasp, traditional pin stick is hinged at one end and with a half-arc guide with a safety catch at the opposite end, the pin is showing light even wear with a few small spots of factory soldering visible but otherwise no notable defects, measures approx. 29mm wide x 26mm tall x 10mm thick, weighs approx. 2.8dwt (swivel included). An attractive vintage silver pocket watch accessory from the early 1900s in excellent+ overall condition!
