Helbros 17J ladies' wrist watch #HB900-75, vintage mechanical manual-wind movement, champagne-toned metal dial with a sunburst brushed finish and raised gold Arabic numbers and luminous 5-minute markers has some slight discoloration around a few of the numbers and it does not appear that the luminous material retains light emitting properties however there are no scratches or notable damage, gold steel baton-style hands with luminous inserts and a red sweep second hand, the luminous material on the hands has also stopped emitting light, lovely yellow base metal (YBM) & stainless steel (SS) oval case with a sloping smooth polish bezel around the round lightly domed plastic crystal and raised floral-motif smooth polish center lugs, case is showing normal moderate wear overall with no heavy scratches or damage however there is notable discoloration from wear on the lugs and case edges in places, measures approx. 17mm wide x 28mm lug to lug x 9mm thick (crystal included), matching YBM & SS bracelet-style band with graduated segments accented with crosshatch engraving and a recessed center channel and a bracelet-style fold over clasp, total wearable length is approx. 155mm. A high quality mechanical movement watch from the 1960s that is running great in excellent overall condition!
