Waltham OS 7J lever set (LS) grade No. 61 ladies' pocket watch #13499821, attractive nickel split plate movement with an elaborate concentric circle damaskeen pattern, beautiful white fancy enamel SS dial with fancy black Arabic numbers, an outer black minute marker register accented with gold filigree arcs, a black-marked subsidiary seconds register and delicate gold filigree floral flourishes between each number, dial has a number of small hairlines and a few small spots of scuffing, fancy gold steel Louis XIV style hands.
Re-cased into an elaborate multi-colored gold filled hunting case (HC) with unique designs on each cover, one has a slightly raised design of a fancy blank rose gold filled (RGF) monogram shield surrounded by a floral wreath in RGF, white gold filled (WGF), yellow gold filled (YGF) & green gold filled (GGF), the reverse side has the same raised floral wreath with a RGF bird in the flight in the center, deep bead-style engraving on the frame, a long sculpted pendant and a heavy bow, case is showing normal wear however there are a number of small areas on the multi-colored finishes that have worn down to the YGF or brass base, some discoloration near the hinge, possibly from a repair, a few small dents on the bezels and some notable brass on the bow, case measures approx. 37mm in diameter x 51mm in length x 11mm thick. A distinctive vintage Waltham with a number of desirable cosmetic finishes from the early 1900s in excellent overall condition!
