Waltham 3-OS 7J grade No. 361 ladies' pocket watch #27161359, handsome nickel split plate movement with a fancy concentric circle damascene pattern is a hunting case movement (HCM) configuration but has a special dial that was designed to allow the watch to be worn in the pendant (12 o'clock wind) configuration, porcelain enamel dial with fancy Arabic style numbers has some faint hairlines, blue steel Breguet-moon style hands, heavy yellow gold filled (YGF) smooth polish hinge back (HB) case with a large, elaborate monogram on the back, possibly "PME", and a swivel-style bow; this case also has a small loop on the frame at 6 o'clock to allow for a watch band to be attached converting the watch into a wrist watch if desired; case is showing normal even wear with a few small nicks on the frame and back, additionally the bow is a replacement to the watch and while in excellent condition is a lighter tone than the rest of the case, measures approx. 31mm in diameter x 46mm in length x 8mm thick (crystal included). An attractive vintage Waltham mechanical wind watch from the 1930s in excellent overall condition!
