Hampden 3-OS 7J pin set (PS) Molly Stark ladies' pocket watch #1296535, handsome gilt split plate movement with a brushed finish and engraved balance bridge, single sunk (SS) porcelain enamel dial with distinctive light blue fancy Arabic numbers, outer minute marker register and subsidiary seconds register, dial does have some faint hairlines, blue steel spade style hands, heavy yellow gold filled (YGF) fully engine-turned hinge back & bezel (HB&B) case with a large round blank monogram shield, a raised depress guard on the frame at 1 o'clock with the pin to put the watch into time-set mode, recessed hinges, a sculpted pendant, heavy bow and glass crystal, case is showing light even wear with a few small scratches and a bit of discoloration at the junction of the frame & pendant, likely a factory defect, measures approx. 33mm in diameter x 47mm in length x 10mm thick (crystal included). A simple & elegant vintage Hampden from the late 1890s in excellent+ overall condition!
