Classic yellow gold filled (YGF) rectangular shield pocket watch chain fob, smooth polish long rectangular fob with beveled corners and a sturdy top connector loop, fob is showing light wear with some shallow scuffs & scratches consistent with periodic use along with a few small spots of discoloration, possibly from improperly applied gold testing, measures approx. 11mm wide x 25mm tall x 1mm thick. This piece came back as 10k on our own gold tests however we believe a more modern piece like this would have been stamped for karat and there are no marks on it; as such we are selling it as high quality YGF. A simple & attractive fob from the 1980s or 90s in excellent+ condition, perfect for a future monogram or short inscription!
