Elegant 14k gold & bloodstone stamp pocket watch chain fob, eight strips of 14k gold (tested) with a twisted design, with every other one also backed by a flat piece of structural gold to create the body of the fob which connects at the top to a sturdy 14k (hallmarked & tested) gold connector loop and at the oval 14k (hallmarked & tested) gold base, also with a twisted accent around the edge, that then supports an un-engraved piece of high quality dark green & red bloodstone, fob is showing normal wear with some light damage at the edge of the bloodstone along with some expert repairs on a few of the vertical strands near the connector loop, additionally one of the vertical strands is no longer straight and has a small crook, measures approx. 16mm wide x 25mm in length x 14mm deep, weighs approx. 2.9dwt. A very attractive, high quality solid gold watch chain fob from the late 1800s in excellent overall condition!
