Yellow gold filled (YGF) stone, ruby & enamel articulated 3-panel Knights Of Pythias pocket watch chain fob, heavy YGF 3 triangular-panel base with smooth polish strips on the border and back of each panel and a hinged connection to the large YGF armored helmet and shoulders with a bird design at the top supporting the top connector loop at the apex, visor on the helm is also hinged and can move up and down, front of the fob has been finished as the Knights of Pythias' emblem with crossed swords between the 3-panel shield, each accented with a translucent plate of blue, yellow or red stone, center of the design then has a raised fancy shield-shaped design which is marked "FCB" ("Friendship, Charity, Benevolence") in gold text over blue, red and yellow enamel with a raised YGF skull and crossbones set with small faceted ruby eyes in the center, reverse is smooth polish and supports a raised YGF open book with sword in the center of the design, fob is showing normal even wear overall with a small bit of brass starting to show on some of the edges, measures approx. 25mm wide x 39mm tall x 6mm thick. An elegant and high quality vintage Knights of Pythias brotherhood watch chain fob in excellent condition!
