Hampden 12S 17J adj. Viking pocket watch #3805602, handsome nickel bridge movement with screw-down jewel settings and a bar-style damaskeen pattern, double sunk (DS) porcelain enamel dial with fancy Arabic numbers, red 5 minute Arabic markers and a black-marked subsidiary seconds register at 6 o'clock has some faint hairlines, blue steel cross-bar diamond style hands, re-cased into an attractive yellow gold filled (YGF) fully engraved square friction fit thin-model case with vertical line engraving surrounding a fancy blank monogram shield with floral details, deeply engraved floral & geometric pattern bezels, pendant and fancy bow and a thick glass crystal, case is showing normal even wear with some light smoothing to the engravings and some small spots of brass on the bow and near the pendant, additionally the glass crystal has a number of small flakes around the edge, we can replace the crystal with a new plastic crystal at no charge on request, measures approx. 43mm wide x 56mm in length x 10mm thick (crystal included). A distinctive, high quality vintage Hampden dress watch from the early 1900s in excellent overall condition!
