(Swiss) 16S 11J lever set (LS) grade 96 pocket watch #326496, attractive gilt split plate movement with a brushed finish, screw-down gold jewel settings (GJS), steel winding wheels and an unusual plate layout, porcelain enamel dial with Roman numerals, black Arabic 5 minute markers and a black marked subsidiary seconds register is marked "Non-Magnetic Watch Co. of America", dial has a number of hairlines and a small expert repair at 6:30, blue steel spade & whip style hands, re-cased into a heavy white base metal (WBM) smooth polish hinge back & bezel (HB&B) case with a large heavy bow, yellow gold filled (YGF) crown and glass crystal, case is showing normal even wear with a patch of discoloration and scuffing on the back cover along with some small spots of discoloration on the frame, front bezel and bow; measures approx. 52mm in diameter x 79mm in length x 18mm thick (crystal included). An interesting watch from the 1890s from a small-production American & Swiss company in excellent overall condition!
