Waltham 7J grade No. 160 wrist watch #16368924, vintage mechanical manual-wind nickel split plate movement, single sunk (SS) porcelain enamel dial with fancy Arabic numbers, red Arabic 5 minute markers and a black-marked subsidiary seconds register has some faint hairlines, blue steel spade style hands, early model white base metal (WBM) smooth polish case with a round frame & back and a square top bezel with flared sides, a hand-engraved "HEH" on the back, a large crown, glass crystal and center barrel style lugs, case is showing normal even wear overall with some small but deep notches on the bezel edge, and some small areas of discoloration, measures approx. 32mm wide x 37mm lug to lug x 10mm thick (crystal included).

Sterling silver (marked) five-panel bracelet style band with intricate abalone inlay, ribbed engraving on the hinged connectors and a box clasp, overall band is in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear however near the slot side of the last panel there is a repair using green enamel to fill in an area of missing abalone, watch has a wearable length of approx. 193mm. This watch also comes with a Bohm-Allen jeweler's grey leatherette box with a white satin & grey velvet interior, which is not original to the watch but makes for a nice storage case. A unique vintage Waltham from the early 1900s in excellent overall condition!
