Omega 17J Seamaster automatic (self-winding) wrist watch #13367389, case #2577-17 SC, rose gold flashed movement with a distinctive top plate that acts as a bumper to the auto-wind rotor, champagne-toned metal dial with gold fancy Arabic numbers and chevron markers, an interior black-marked minute register, luminous marker accents and a very subtle pie pan accent with a gently receding outer edge, dial has some spots of discoloration however no notable scratches or damage, gold steel wedge-shaped hands with luminous inserts and a gold sweep second hand, none of the luminous elements are retaining or emitting light as expected.
Classic yellow gold filled (YGF) & stainless steel (SS) "Acier StayBrite" round water-resistant case with a narrow bezel, long curved extended lugs, and an Omega marked crown, case is showing moderate wear with small spots of brass on the lugs & bezel edge and a few small nicks on lug edges, additionally there are two lines of notable brass on the frame between each lug, we believe these may have been caused by a metal bracelet band that was continually wearing on the frame when in use, measures approx. 35mm in diameter x 43mm lug to lug x 10mm thick (crystal included), Banda lightly padded, heavily textured brown leather strap band. This watch also comes with an unmarked red leatherette box with a white velvet interior and display cushion. A high quality vintage Omega from the 1950s, still very attractive even with the notable signs of wear, in very good overall condition, perfect to wear everyday!
