Alpha-1993 20J chronograph wrist watch, case model SP1965/500-156, impressive vintage mechanical manual-wind nickel bridge movement with an unusual bridge layout, bold red ruby jewels and a bar-style damascene pattern, mint 2-tone cream-colored metal dial with a satin finish with silver markers with luminous ball accents, a black outer ring with a red-marked 1/5 second register, three round black registers, each with tight concentric circle engraving and white markings, are for tracking of the chronograph and seconds, silver steel baton style hands with luminous inserts and a silver sweep second/chronograph hand with an arrow tip, all the luminous elements are retaining and emitting light as expected, heavy stainless steel (SS) cushion-shaped water-resistant case with a slightly raised smooth polish bezel around a slightly domed glass crystal, screw down Alpha-marked crown & chronograph function buttons, tapered curved extended lugs and a display back with a coin edge detail around the flat glass crystal, case is showing normal light wear with small scuffs & scratches but no notable defects, measures approx. 38mm wide x 46mm lug to lug x 15mm thick (crystals included), lightly padded, deeply textured black leather strap band. An handsome modern mechanical movement chronograph in excellent+ overall condition!
