Bulova 15J grade 10AX wrist watch, case #1766931, vintage mechanical manual-wind movement, single-sunk champagne-toned metal dial with a satin finish, raised gold fancy Arabic numbers, a black-marked outer minute register and a black-marked subsidiary seconds register has some light patina across the surface in places along with a few light scratches, heavy gold steel whip style hands, impressive yellow gold filled (YGF) & stainless steel (SS) tonneau-shaped case with a narrow sloped bezel supporting the slightly domed glass crystal, stepped frame details on the top & bottom and fancy sculpted extended lugs, case is showing normal even wear with some small spots of brass on the lugs and a few shallow short scratches on the crystal, measures approx. 25mm wide x 38mm lug to lug x 9mm thick (crystal included), attractive yellow gold plated (YGP) bracelet style band with large rectangular open links connected by short banded links to create the entire length of the band, long curved clasp with stepped sides has a slide adjustment feature, band is showing normal wear with some spots of discoloration on the various links & buckle due to wear, watch has a total wearable length of approx. 156-174mm. An attractive vintage Bulova from the 1940s in excellent overall condition!
