Swiss 17J pocket watch, OS ebauche movement model "ST" in 16S case, attractive nickel split plate movement with bold red ruby jewels and a fish scale damaskeen pattern, multi-colored paper dial with an elaborate scene of a Victorian couple in a garden, outer black-marked minute register with chevron 5 minute markers, dial does have a small wrinkle under the bezel near the edge however no scratches or damage, slender gold steel wedge style hands and a red sweep second hand, extra heavy brass smooth polish friction fit case with a silver plate finish has rounded bezels, a long pendant, oversized heavy bow and an extra thick glass crystal, case is showing normal wear with some small nicks near the bezel edges and spots on all the case elements where the silver plating has been worn off to show the brass underneath, measures approx. 51mm in diameter x 77mm in length x 14mm thick (crystal included). An interesting mechanical movement watch, likely from the 1970s, running strong and ready to carry everyday in excellent overall condition!
