Waltham 12S 17J Premier Colonial No. 209 pocket watch #30713761, case #95809, attractive nickel bridge movement with bold red ruby jewels and a brushed finish, champagne-toned metal dial with a matte finish, fancy raised gold Arabic numbers, a black-marked outer minute register with a gold line inner border and a black-marked subsidiary seconds register is marked "Waltham Premier", dial has a number of small scratches & scuffs across the surface along with some light patina in places and some wear to some of the black markings, sleek gold steel whip style hands.
Heavy smooth polish yellow gold filled (YGF) Waltham Premier thin-model friction fit case with lightly sloped bezels, a short heavy pendant supporting a recessed crown and a fancy triangular bow, case is showing normal even wear with some spots of moderate scuffing and a few small scratches, additionally there is a small patch of notable scratching on the lower frame, likely from an improper gold test, measures approx. 42mm in diameter x 52mm in length x 10mm thick (crystal included). This watch also comes with a dark blue leatherette Waltham Premier display box with a domed top, an off-white satin and blue velvet interior and a fitted watch ring. An elegant Waltham dress watch, triple signed along with a matching display box for the Premier model, from the 1940s in excellent overall condition!
