Hamilton 18S 17J lever set (LS) adj. 5p grade 936 pocket watch #624101, beautiful nickel full plate movement with screw-down jewel settings and a center sunburst & wavy line concentric circle damascene pattern, double sunk (DS) porcelain enamel Canadian dial with fancy bold Arabic style numbers, red 13-24 Arabic numbers along the DS line, red 5 minute Arabic markers and a black-marked subsidiary seconds register is marked with a jeweler's name, "Allan McFee, Belleville, Ont." (historical info here), dial is free from hairlines but does have a few small scratches and a small divot near the center post, blue steel spade style hands, re-cased into a heavy yellow gold filled (YGF) screw back & bezel (SB&B) case engraved on the back with a large scene of a steam engine on tracks blowing smoke, sculpted pendant and heavy bow, case is showing moderate wear with notable smoothing to the locomotive engraving along with spots of brass showing on the bezels, frame, pendant & bow, measures approx. 54mm in diameter x 73mm in length x 18mm thick (crystal included). A high quality railroad grade Hamilton from the early 1900s in very good overall condition!
