Jules Jurgenson quartz ladies' wrist watch, mint champagne-toned metal dial with fancy black Arabic-style numbers, black steel baton-style hands with pointed ends and a red sweep second hand, elegant yellow base metal (YBM) & stainless steel (SS) round case with a narrow bezel, barrel-style smooth polish frame and a thick glass crystal, case is showing moderate even wear with a few small spots of brass on the frame and crown, crystal has a few light scratches and we can replace with a new plastic crystal at no charge on request, measures approx. 20mm in diameter x 7mm thick (crystal included), YBM & SS expansion band with wide rectangular segments with light horizontal engraving is custom fit to the hidden band posts on the frame of the watch, the fist 3 band segments on each side of the watch are rigid with the expansion segments of the band creating the remainder. A high quality watch from the 1980s, showing some wear but still very attractive, in very good condition!

Quartz watches have been commonly found from the 1970's to today; they are excellent timekeepers and easy to maintain, but do not contain the mechanical (winding or self-winding) movements that most of our antique watches possess. This specific watch has been assessed for running and setting condition and is properly working as expected. With this type of movement, you can expect the watch to keep at minimum +/- 1 minute per week accuracy, with many quartz-movement watches keeping accuracy levels of +/- 1 minute per month or better.

Prior to shipping, all quartz watches purchased from PM Time Service will have a new battery installed for you at no additional charge. Please anticipate an additional 1-2 day delay in processing your order for us to complete the battery update. While each watch will draw power of its battery differently, it is reasonable to expect that a fresh battery will last at least 1 year. When it is time for a new battery to be installed, you can either contact us for a quote on our current battery and return shipping charge, or most local jewelers will be able to assist you.

We offer a 30-day return period beginning the day you receive your items for all PM Time Service merchandise. To receive a full refund, the item must be return in "as shipped" condition, with no new personalized engravings or end-user adaptions. Items damaged in transit will be eligible for the full refund pending the application of the insurance claim on the damaged watch or item.
