Helbros quartz ladies wrist watch, mint champagne-toned metal dial with raised faceted gold markers, sleek black and gold steel hands, elegant yellow base metal (YBM) & stainless steel (SS) smooth polish oval case with a thick glass crystal, Helbros logo on the crown and hidden lugs, case is showing moderate wear with some light scuffs on the crystal and some small spots of discoloration from wear on the edge of the frame, measures approx. 17mm wide x 20mm long x 7mm thick (crystal included), matching attached YBM & SS bracelet-style band has graduated size links with a textured brick pattern on each and an adjustable sliding buckle which allows the worn size to be between 4 1/2" and 7 3/4" depending on where you position the buckle base. The time setting on this watch has a quick-set feature which allows the watch to auto-advance the time by 1 hour quickly, it takes a little practice to get used to but is a handy feature once you are accustomed to it. Quartz watches have been commonly found from the 1970's to today; they are excellent timekeepers and easy to maintain, but do not contain the mechanical (winding or self-winding) movements that most of our antique watches possess.  This specific watch has been assessed for running and setting condition and is properly working as expected.  With this type of movement, you can expect the watch to keep at minimum +/- 1 minute per week accuracy, with many quartz-movement watches keeping accuracy levels of +/- 1 minute per month or better.

Prior to shipping, all quartz watches purchased from PM Time Service will have a new battery installed for you at no additional charge.  Please anticipate an additional 1-2 day delay in processing your order for us to complete the battery update.  While each watch will draw power of its battery differently, it is reasonable to expect that a fresh battery will last at least 1 year.  When it is time for a new battery to be installed, you can either contact us for a quote on our current battery and return shipping charge, or most local jewelers will be able to assist you.

This watch comes complete with an appropriate, intact glass crystal; however, on request PM Time Service can replace the current crystal on this wrist watch for you.  We offer new plastic crystals for most vintage wrist watches; you can select your desired choice from the dropdown menu below.

Please note that the average turnaround time for wrist watch crystal replacements will be two days from the placement of the order; however, we do not carry every model of crystal in stock and there may be a delay of up to seven business days as we order the correct item from our supplier.

We offer a 30-day return period beginning the day you receive your items for all PM Time Service merchandise.  To receive a full refund, the item must be return in "as shipped" condition, with no new personalized engravings or end-user adaptions.  Items damaged in transit will be eligible for the full refund pending the application of the insurance claim on the damaged watch or item.  Please see our Shipping & Return Policy page for full details.
Holiday & Vacation Dates - Unless otherwise noted on our holiday page, you can expect an order placed to be processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days, often much sooner.  If you need an item quickly, please do double check our holiday page to make sure we will be in the office!
