Unless otherwise noted on our Holiday & Vacation Dates page, you can expect an order placed to be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. If you need an item quickly, please double check our holiday page to make sure we will be in the office!


The information below will give you a detailed overview of each shipping option we offer and the estimated transit times for each option. Please use the "Estimate Your Shipping" button on the Shopping Basket page to get a specific quote on your current shipping fees. The estimate will be available once you have added at least one (1) item to your shopping cart.



Shipping insurance:
  • In order to provide a fair and secure shipping experience for our customers, and protect your valuable purchases, we include full insurance for the total value of your order with all items purchased.
  • A 1.8% insurance fee is charged for all items over $200. Items under $200 are covered with automatic insurance offered from USPS or UPS services.
  • At this time, we do not allow for a customer to opt-out of insurance on their shipments.


Signature requirement options:
  • For our domestic packages, with orders over $500 we do include a Signature Required option in order to provide an additional level of security to the delivery. As a rule, this will not affect your delivery time unless you are unable to receive your package directly. We do understand that this is sometimes an unnecessary or undesirable option though, and during the checkout process you will be able to waive this service.
  • Contrarily, for orders under $500, during the checkout process you can choose to add a Signature Request to your order for a small fee if you would like to add an additional level of security to your delivery.


Domestic shipping services:
  • USPS Domestic Ground Advantage: (formerly known as First Class Package)
    For orders under $500.00, we can ship via USPS Domestic Ground Advantage. Orders are expected to arrive in 2-5 business days. This service is not available for international orders.

  • USPS Domestic Priority Mail: (our recommended option for all watches and orders over $100.00)
    All domestic orders may be shipped via USPS Domestic Priority Mail. Orders are expected to arrive in 2-3 business days. This service is not available for international orders.
    Please note that orders of $2000.00 and higher in value, using this shipping method, will automatically be shipped "registered" at no additional charge.

  • USPS Domestic Priority Mail Express:
    For orders under $2000.00, we can ship via USPS Domestic Priority Mail Express. Orders are expected to arrive in 1-2 business days (overnight to most US locations). This service is not available for international orders.

  • USPS Domestic First Class Large Envelope:
    Specifically for our lower-value coins only, we can ship up to nine such items via USPS Domestic First Class Large Envelope. Orders are expected to arrive in 2-5 business days. This service does not include tracking information, and is not available for international orders.

  • UPS Services: $10.55 and up (fee calculated during checkout)
    If you wish to ship via UPS, our website checkout process will calculate the exact amount of shipping charges based on your location, with prices starting at $10.55. UPS delivery is NOT available for PO Box addresses. Delivery time will depend on the option you choose; available services include: Ground, Standard, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, 2nd Day Air A.M., Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air Early A.M.


International shipping services:
Please note:  we are unable to offer international shipping for orders over $2500.00, or for orders of our vintage coins, due to customs regulations. Additionally, due to issues with delivery service we have had with our recent orders to Mexico, we are unfortunately suspending service to the country. We apologize for any inconvenience and will resume service once we can ensure delivery of our products in a safe and timely manner. Finally, shipments to Belarus and the Russian Federation have been suspended due to United States embargo policies.

  • USPS International Priority Mail:
    For orders under $2500.00, we can ship via USPS International Priority Mail. Orders are expected to arrive in 7-10 business days. Only basic tracking information is available with this option; if you would like full tracking details, please use the USPS International Priority Mail Express service.

  • USPS International Priority Mail Express:
    For orders under $2500.00, we can ship also via USPS International Priority Mail Express. Orders are expected to arrive in 3-7 business days.
    Please note that not all countries work with the USPS on this shipping method, and we cannot guarantee that we can offer this service to every country.

Our Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period beginning the day you receive your items for all PM Time Service merchandise. To receive a full refund, the item must be return in "as shipped" condition, with no new personalized engravings or end-user adaptions. Items damaged in transit will be eligible for the full refund pending the application of the insurance claim on the damaged watch or item. If the customer must present damaged packaging and items to the postal carrier as part of the insurance claims process, the refund will be given with proof of a signed or stamped receipt from the carrier.


So long as the above condition criteria are met, a refund will be issued if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason; just send it back for a refund or exchange. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!


On service-requested transactions from PM Time Service, the fee charged is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, we do offer a 30-day window for the charge-free correction of any problems, defects or irregularities that present themselves during that time frame. Items damaged in transit will be eligible for the full refund pending the completion of the insurance claim on the damaged watch or item.
