Problems adding items to your shopping basket?
We have had reports from a few of our customers that they were unable to add items to their shopping basket. In the majority of cases, this problem seems to be limited to customers utilizing Internet Explorer 8 as their browser, using the highest security settings. Our shopping basket system unfortunately needs to allow a temporary cookie to be placed on your computer in order to register the basket items, and this is disallowed when the browser's security is set to "High".
If you're having this issue, we suggest that you temporarily lower your browser settings 1 notch before adding items to your basket. This can be done within Internet Explorer by clicking on the "Tools" menu, selecting "Internet Options", then visiting the "Security" tab.
Once this has been done and items have been added to your basket, you should then be able to restore your security settings (to "High" or any other option) prior to completing the checkout process where you would enter in any of your personal and payment information.

If the above method does not resolve the issue, or if you are not using Internet Explorer 8 and you're still experiencing problems with the shopping basket, please try clearing your browser history and cache. (Occasionally, previous visits to the website will prevent your current purchases from showing up in the basket.)
